Every 2-3 weeks, around 10 new workouts (each with their own warm-up and intended stimulus) are added. Newer workouts appear at the bottom of the database, so the workout IDs are roughly chronological.

All the warm-ups and workouts are designed so that they take about an hour in total, warm-up included.

Every workout in the database comes with a general warm-up, a specific warm-up, and the intended stimulus — not just the workout itself. Weighted movements also include prescribed (Rx) weights. That's the whole point: you always know exactly how to build up to the workout, and what to aim for once you're in it.

Solo workouts are designed for one person. Buddy workouts are designed to be done together with a training partner — you can filter for either under "Format" in the database.

Yes. Open any workout and click the bookmark icon next to "Copy link" to save it. You'll find all your saved workouts under "Database → Saved workouts" in the menu.

Yes. Open a workout and click "Copy link" — this copies a direct link to that specific workout, which you can send to anyone. They'll need an active subscription to view it, though.

A subscription costs €3.99 per month. You can cancel at any time via "Manage subscription" in the menu — no minimum commitment, no questions asked.

Yes, the site works on any phone, tablet, or computer — there's nothing to install.

Every workout is hand-written and programmed by a coach — nothing here is generated or copy-pasted from somewhere else.
